Our Process
Site Visit
We will come and talk through your plans and offer our suggestions. If appropriate we will then undertake a full survey with measurements and full requirements. Alternatively we can re arrange to come back another day to allow you some time to consider your options
Quotation
This will come in the post or hand delivered within 10 working days. We will contact you within the next week to discuss any questions you may have and to discuss next steps
Deposit
Once you are happy with the quotation we will discuss the level of deposit to secure the start date, then stage the payments throughout the building work.
Start Date
This will be as flexible as possible to ensure we fit in with your situation.
Progress
At all stages of the work we will ensure we are working to your requirements. If at any stage you are unhappy with the way things are progressing we will arrange for you to meet with Mr Adair immediately to discuss.
Completion
Once all the work is complete and to your/our satisfaction, we will ask for final payment.
